A major manufacturer was tasked with completing a significant project earlier than anticipated – and much more quickly than its standard processes could support. The internal teams responsible for conducting this change were at an impasse.
By installing a full-time cross-functional team, Global Aperture led the analysis of the existing processes, including legal and contractual requirements. We then designed a streamlined version of the existing processes that would still meet all requirements. Team prioritization, executive support, and a thorough communication plan were vital to ensure the complete participation of the management staff who would play a major role in executing this accelerated process.
Our client was able to complete its project ahead of schedule, saving time and $12 million in expenses. The client adopted the process as a standard operating procedure, continuing to provide benefits to numerous teams.
