Manager of Client Operations

Jennifer Ebilane is Global Aperture’s Client Operations Manager. In this capacity she works to ensure that the firm’s client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle are both seamless and effective. During her career, Jennifer distinguished herself as a valuable and highly collaborative team member with a proven track record of streamlining business practices and ensuring seamless company operations. She combines 10+ years of experience in negotiating, planning, and budgeting to bring a savvy sense of business smarts, agility, and attention to detail to her role. Recent accomplishments include:

  • Led revenue impacting campaigns for sales teams and marketing executives resulting in a larger client referral network, and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Established training programs for regional managers, teams, and associated staff
  • Manage large, multi-dimensional facility capital projects with high profile vendors for equipment valued at over $3.5M

With a corporate client, she developed a structured approach to improve sales team efficiency for multiple companies in the Western US, helping them to discover creative ways to increase presence and expand within existing market segments.

As a lead project manager, Jennifer managed relationships with telecom giants such as Cisco Systems, Williams Communications, and SBC Global, overseeing major facility and network expansions for a Northern California-based collocation and data facility.


Jennifer graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
