Larry Haas is the founder and President of Global Aperture. Combining 20 years of line and cross-functional experience with a rare ‘sixth sense’ for fashioning clarity amidst chaos, Larry counsels leaders and their teams on ways to uncover root causes, focus on priorities, and implement the changes required to accelerate results.
Most recently Larry has:
Prior to Global Aperture, Larry served as president of a strategic marketing firm, focusing on developing and implementing winning new business campaigns for clients pursuing multi-billion dollar opportunities in the Aerospace, Defense, and Homeland Security industries.
Larry has previously served as a business development director for the Boeing Company, and as a strategic consultant, both independently and with Diamond Consultants and Deloitte, helping senior client management quickly identify the key success factors on issues such as new venture management, competitive strategy, campaign management, outsourcing strategy, and product development across a broad range of technology-based industries and corporate functions. During his Air Force career, Larry led significant portions of major system and technology procurements such as the F-22, Warfighter-1 technology demonstration, and various special-access programs.
Larry earned a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona
and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School, where he has served as the
alumni Vice President.
