Leading Organizational Change

A Fortune 20 company faced a problem: a major three-day conference for over 400 attendees intended to launch a new major initiative was fast approaching, and planning was far behind schedule. The logistical needs of the conference hadn’t been determined, and the conference content hadn’t been clearly defined. It seemed likely that a major communications opportunity would be missed.

Working with key executives and stakeholders, Global Aperture helped develop an integrated flow of themes and messages for the conference that were aligned with the group's strategic goals. We led an intensive planning and execution process, including development of a communication plan and an operational command center, culminating in the coordination of the event and follow-up activities.

Not only was the conference a major success, but also it became the springboard for a major strategic initiative that built executive-level momentum throughout the company.

Developing a strong, effective strategy is critical for the success of your organization. We work with you, your team, and key stakeholders to help craft a strategy that is focused, measurable, and effective.

Core components of our strategy approach include:

  • Integrated Strategy Assessments – review and synthesize diverse data sources (e.g., customer, market, third party, competitor) to develop a clear view of the situation
  • Success Assessments – determine the factors driving the success of your organization or initiative, and embed solutions into the early planning activities
  • Facilitated Design Sessions – short-duration meetings or forums designed to bring new ideas to the surface quickly
  • Strategy Offsites – design and facilitate large-scale planning events, including extensive up-front development, key-person training, day-of coordination, and thorough follow-up

Global Aperture’s strategy services provide clarity to your future goals, and help you and your team focus on priorities so that you can achieve success quickly.
